Close to sustainable
The Vasse development leads the way in industry sustainability practises. We are the first South West development to receive Enviro Development Certification for our community and ecosystems sustainability initiatives. We received this for our ground-breaking design, which creates a safe environment and promotes healthy living.
Some of Vasse’s sustainability initiatives include revegetating degraded areas, managing and improving the habitats of Western Ringtail Possums, creating landscaping designs with a drainage function, and encouraging the habitation of local fauna with native plantings.
Developing estates for more than four decades
Vasse Estate is owned by joint development partners Perron Developments Pty Ltd (part of the Perron Group) and Stawell Pty Ltd.
Stawell Pty Ltd is a private investment syndicate managed by Security Capital Australia. Perron Developments Pty Ltd is a 100% owned company of the Perron Group, a private group of companies founded by the late Mr L.S.Perron.
As a land developer, Perron Group has developed estates and subdivisions across Perth over a 40 year period. Today, the Group’s land developments include over 8,000 lots in WA and interstate. As a developer of residential communities, the Group is committed to providing quality urban environments.
A substantial WA based investment group
The Perron Group is a substantial WA based investment group with an extensive national portfolio of shopping centres. In WA these include Cockburn Gateway Shopping City, Belmont Forum, The Square Mirrabooka and Galleria Shopping Centre (50% ownership).
The Group also owns commercial properties, is the distributer for Toyota vehicles and parts in WA and has interests in mining, equities, unlisted airports and land development activities.
