Vasse is a high demand area. The median rental return reported by realestate.com.au in Sept 2021 was $500/week. This is up from the median rental return of $410/week reported in the 2016 Census. The last Census also showed that the median rental return in Vasse was higher than the Perth metro return of $360/week.
Low vacancies in the estate mean Vasse retains its friendly community feel within one of the fastest growing areas of the South West.
Vasse is a prosperous South West community with median household income almost 50% higher than Busselton.

With the rapidly expanding Vasse Village, plus the Vasse Business Park, Vasse is an area of prime convenience. Major brands already here include Coles, McDonalds, Western Power, Cheeky Monkey Brewery, Cotton Rose and more. Vasse by Bunbury Farmers Market is also expected to open in 2023.

Over 6.5 million vehicles pass the Village Centre site each year, and over 2 million cars drive through Vasse Village each year.
Growing employment opportunities
The businesses in Vasse are already providing long term employment opportunities for locals. Vasse is on track to be home to an estimated 7,500 residents, while providing 1,000 local jobs.
Cape Naturaliste College and Vasse Primary School are highly regarded, with many families locating to Vasse based on this reputation.
Enrolments at the Primary School have increased by around 50% in the last six years and there are now over 800 students.
Cape Naturaliste College completed a $32 million expansion in 2020, adding state of the art Science, Design & Technology labs, as well as a stunning Performing Arts facility. Enrolment numbers have increased by over 80% in the last six years.
