- A Wide Range of New Homesites The masterplan envisions options for every age and stage of life – from large, traditional suburban lots for growing families to smaller, low-maintenance homesites positioned closer to the heart of the Village.
- Beautiful Parks and Public Open Space Residents will be able to enjoy more than 4.5 hectares of thoughtfully planned parkland. These spaces are designed to specifically retain and care for significant existing stands of Eucalyptus and Melaleuca trees, maintaining the natural character of the Vasse landscape.
- Dedicated Conservation Land The vision includes the preservation of local biodiversity by setting aside 17.5 hectares strictly for conservation. This managed wetland and bushland will serve the local ecology while providing a stunning natural backdrop for the neighbourhood.
- Safe Pedestrian and Cycle Links Future residents will be able to leave the car at home. With a planned network of paths and a dedicated underpass beneath the Busselton Bypass, the project aims to provide a safe, direct connection to Vasse Village, local schools, and the beach.
- Landscaped Nature Buffers Peace and privacy are central to the design. A raised and landscaped buffer zone (up to 26m wide) is planned to sit between homes and the Bypass. This natural ‘landscaped acoustic buffer’ is intended to reduce noise and ensure views remain focused on a lush, natural landscape.
- Climate-Responsive Design The masterplan is designed to work with the West Australian sun. Every lot is planned to optimise solar orientation and energy efficiency, with the intent of reducing carbon footprints while maximising natural light and views of open spaces.
