2004
The first homesites are sold in Vasse Estate, marking the beginning of a new community.
2017
Coles Supermarket opens, and the State Government begins a major regional planning review.
2019 – 2020
Both State and Local governments officially identify Vasse North as a primary ‘Planning Investigation Area’ for future growth.
2021 – 2024
Years of rigorous briefings and collaboration with the City of Busselton, Water Corp, Main Roads WA, and environmental agencies.
2024
The iconic Bunbury Farmers Market opens its doors at Vasse Village.
2025
The EPA determines no formal assessment is required, and the State Government fast-tracks the Scheme Amendment to meet housing demand.
2026 (Now)
The final Structure Plan is advertised for public feedback, paving the way for the next generation of Vasse residents.
