Below outlines details of our Fixed End Date Sale campaign for the fourth release within Stage 6B Dawson Estate.
All lots are advertised with a ‘from price’ and have a fixed end date for any offers to be made.
If you wish to make an offer on one of the lots within this campaign, please complete and submit the Fixed End Date Sale Form below for the Seller’s consideration. Submissions close at 12 mid-day on Thursday, 21st November 2024.
Titles for the 8 lots available in Stage 6B are anticipated to issue in mid-2025.
Please read the Sales Contract Template in the Useful Downloads and Links section below before making an offer to ensure you understand and accept the terms and conditions of the sale should you be successful and are required to sign the contract.

Please note that thee BAL contour assessment is indicative at the subdivision stage and final BALs for individual lots, where required, may differ following detailed assessment at the condition clearance/building stage.
Fixed End Date Sale Campaign Process
- Complete the Fixed End Date Sale Form below by 12 mid-day Thursday 21st November 2024.

- Please make sure you complete ALL sections of the form to enable the Seller to consider your offer.
- Buyers are invited to make offers on 2 lots, offer 1 should be your first preference and offer 2 your second preference.
- No offer below the from price will be considered by the Seller.
- When it comes time to sign a formal Offer and Acceptance Contract, any offers made subject to finance approval will need to have a letter of eligibility or pre-approval letter to accompany the offer.
- Note: all contracts for lots in Stage 6B that are subject to finance will have a finance due date of 14 February 2025, this will be a check in point, finance will be formerly due closer to when titles issue. Formal finance is typically due within the month of titles issuing as a guide.
- Any offer made as a cash offer will require proof of funds to accompany the offer.
- Note: Cash offers will be viewed more favourably than offers subject to finance.
- The Seller reserves the right to sell the lot to any buyer it chooses. The Seller also reserves the right to not sell the advertised lot for any reason, which shall remain undisclosed.
- It will be the applicant(s) responsibility to ensure their Fixed End Date Sale Form and any supporting documents have been received by Hanson Property Group.
- Hanson Property Group will reply to all complete submissions with acknowledgement that the complete submission has been received.
- The Seller will not be considering or accepting any subject-to-sale offers in this campaign.
Offer and Acceptance Contract Process
- All complete submissions will be considered on the price offered and finance terms.
- Applicants will be contacted in the week commencing 25th November 2024 with the Sellers decisions.
- Successful applicants will be required to provide confirmation of details for the Offer and Acceptance Contract, an email will be sent by Hanson Property Group requesting this information. This information should be provided as soon as possible.
- Once all details are confirmed as accurate, Offer and Acceptance Contracts will be sent out via email for review and then via DocuSign for signing. The contract will need to be signed within 5 days from the day the Buyer receives the contract to review.
- A deposit of $5,000 is required to be paid within 14 days of acceptance of the Offer, this is to be paid by EFT and Hanson Property Group will supply Trust Account details for this payment.
