How To Secure A Stage 5A Lot

To secure a new release lot, you first need to gather some proof of your capacity to pay. This must include one of the following:

• Bank statements showing evidence of funds held if you are a cash buyer
• Letter of Eligibility from a broker or conditional approval from a bank if you require finance to purchase the land.
