A New Vasse Display Village

Our new 9 home Display Village is well and truly underway. Most are on the home stretch to completion, with the official opening expected in early 2022. We’re excited to see some early birds opening their doors already!

Plunkett Homes have opened the doors to their Ambergate display, and Homebuyers Centre will open the doors to their display next door at the end of this month.

The new Village will showcase the very latest in designs and finishes, as well as some alternative forms of construction like timber and steel frame homes.

All of your favourite project builders will call our Village home, along with some exciting new additions:

Location

The new Display Village is located on Caretta Street in Vasse. It’s right near Cape Naturaliste College high school and just a stone’s throw from our brand-new park that will start construction soon.

It’s our biggest park yet! So big that it’s being constructed in two Phases. The First Phase will be home to a huge green kickabout area with cricket pitch & hockey goals, tennis hit up wall, nature play, BBQ, sheltered seating areas and more.

The new park will be built just south of our latest release, Stage 5A. Construction of the new park and 70 new homesites in Stage 5A will start in November 2021.

You can read all about this amazing new park in our blog.
