Vasse Village – 2022 in Review

Another year has flown by, and it’s been another exciting year for Vasse Village.

Amazing New Artwork Underway

You might have noticed an incredible new artwork underway in the Village recently. A magnificent whale mural is being painted by Tom Ansell along The Clean Spot Vasse Village car & dog wash.

The mural will bring a bare concrete wall to life and will be complete before Christmas.

Tom Ansell is an emerging artist and muralist. He explores the nature of his subjects and uses techniques such as line, shadow, shape and mark-making to convey his subjects in a raw way.

Huge New 24 Hour Gym Coming Soon

Snap Fitness are the latest retailer to announce their plans to call Vasse Village home.

They’ve secured a substantial space in an exciting new building to be developed next to The Clean Spot on Warrior Court. The building is expected to start construction in the first half of 2023.

Chicken Treat Vasse Village Under Construction

If you’ve visited the Village recently, you will have seen that construction of the new Chicken Treat is flying along!

The exciting new store is located between McDonald’s and Coles Express, along with a drive thru coffee shop.

Both stores are expected to open in the first half of 2023, so stay tuned to the Vasse Estate & Vasse Village social channels for more updates and opening announcements.
