The brand new 15 home Display Village in Dawson Estate has quickly come to life in the past couple of months. There are now nine homes open for your viewing pleasure on Monday & Wednesday from 2pm – 5pm and Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 5pm.
The new Vasse Land Sales office is also now open amongst the new Display Homes and we can’t wait to show you through our new home too!
In another exciting milestone for Dawson Estate, Stage 3C is expected to commence construction in December this year. Stage 3C will see another 34 lots developed, many of which enjoy an outlook over the Wardandi Track, previously known as the Rails to Trails. Construction of these lots will be completed by May 2018 and we expect the first lots may be available to the market early in the New Year.
