The Early Bird Catches The Worm

If you’re reading this, you’re getting early warning! With the huge array of Government Grants, new release land really is moving really, really fast. Many buyers have been caught out and missed their favourite block, so follow the instructions below to secure your land as soon as you can and get in touch with us.

Titles

Titles for Stage 4B are anticipated in January 2021. As titles are subject to government approvals and other factors outside of the Developers control, this is an estimate only and subject to change.

To secure a block

1. Get your Letter of Eligibility (LOE) from a broker or conditional approval from your bank.
2. If you’re applying for finance for a house & land package, then we’ll also need to know which builder you’re working with
3. Once you’ve got your Letter of Eligibility or conditional approval, get in touch with the sales team to secure the block. We can’t hold lots with demand so high right now.

Up to $55,000 in Government Grants

Just in case you haven’t heard, new home builders might be eligible for up to $55,000 in three separate Federal and State government grants.  This applies whether you buy any existing stock or the new, new release land in Vasse.  Learn more about the eligibility here, or just talk to the friendly staff at Vasse to help you work out what you can get and how you can apply.
