Park & Bunbury Farmers Market Development Update

Exciting developments lie ahead for Vasse as construction around the estate continues to unfold.

Vasse by Bunbury Farmers Market

Construction is progressing well and Vasse by Bunbury Farmers Market will be open on 5 December 2024. 

The distinctive structure  marks the intersection of Coomidup Boulevard and the Vasse Bypass, with locals eagerly awaiting their fresh produce and local artisanal offerings.

New Park

Phase 1 of Vasse’s largest park is now completed and open for the local community to enjoy.

Phase 1 of the park encompasses:

  • Sports court with basketball and netball rings
  • Kickabout turf area
  • Skateable furniture elements
  • Small nature playground
  • BBQ’ing area

Phase 2 construction will commence mid-year and add:

  • Bike and scooter pump track
  • Small dog park
  • All dog park.
