New Outdoor Gym Equipment for Vasse

Vasse residents will soon be able to enjoy new exercise equipment and a fitness circuit.  Six new exercise nodes will be installed along the Rails to Trails corridor/Wardandi Track.

In addition to the equipment, an exercise loop will be created in the first three stages of Dawson Estate. This will create a complete 3km fitness circuit for the community. Another three exercise loops and more exercise nodes are planned for Vasse, and will be constructed as the estate is further developed.

Exercise equipment coming in 2019

The first exercise nodes will include:

  • Roman Rings
  • Aerobic Cycle
  • Body Twist
  • Chest Press
  • Dexterity Builder
  • Elliptical Trainer
  • Leg Press
  • Pull Downs
  • Sit-Up Bench
  • Step-Up Station
  • Stretch Station
  • Pull-Up Bars.

Matt Fuller Design

Fitness expert and former rugby league player, Matt Fuller was engaged for the design. Matt has designed a number of fitness trails across the metro area of Perth, helping WA families lead healthier, active lifestyles.

Living a Healthy LIfestyle in Vasse

Vasse is already home to many interconnected walk and cycle ways.
