Lot 595 Stage 6A Fixed End Date Sale Campaign

Below outlines details of our 7-day Fixed End Date Sale campaign starting 15 October 2024 for the release of the 450sqm Lot 595, in Stage 6A.

The lot is advertised with a ‘from price’ of $320,000 and has a fixed end date for any offers to be made.

If you wish to make an offer on the lot, please complete and submit the Fixed End Date Sale Form below for the Seller’s consideration. Submissions close at 12 mid-day on Tuesday, 22nd October 2024.

The lot is titled and it is the last chance to buy in Stage 6A.

Fixed End Date Sale Campaign Process

  1. Complete the Fixed End Date Sale Form below by 12 mid-day Tuesday, 22nd October 2024.
    • Please make sure you complete ALL sections of the form to enable the Seller to consider your offer.
    • No offer below the from price will be considered by the Seller.
  2. When it comes time to sign a formal Offer and Acceptance Contract, any offers made subject to finance approval will need to have a letter of eligibility or pre-approval letter to accompany the offer.
    • Note: if a subject to finance offer is accepted for Lot 595 in Stage 6A, finance will be due 90 days from acceptance with settlement 21 days later.
  3. Any offer made as a cash offer will require proof of funds to accompany the offer.
    • Note: Cash offers will be a 21-day settlement.
    • Note: Cash offers will be viewed more favourably than offers subject to finance.
  4. It will be the applicant(s) responsibility to ensure their Fixed End Date Sale Form and any supporting documents have been received by Hanson Property Group.
  5. Hanson Property Group will reply to all complete submissions with acknowledgement that the complete submission has been received.
  6. The Seller will not be considering or accepting any subject-to-sale offers in this campaign.

    Offer and Acceptance Contract Process

    1. All complete submissions will be considered on the price offered and finance terms.
    2. Vasse will inform the successful offeror by 28 October 2024.
    3. Successful applicants will be required to provide confirmation of details for the Offer and Acceptance Contract, an email will be sent by Hanson Property Group requesting this information. This information should be provided as soon as possible.
    4. Once all details are confirmed as accurate, Offer and Acceptance Contracts will be sent out via email for review and then via DocuSign for signing. The contract will need to be signed within 5 days from the day the Buyer receives the contract to review.
    5. A deposit of $5,000 is required to be paid within 14 days of acceptance of the Offer, this is to be paid by EFT and Hanson Property Group will supply Trust Account details for this payment.
