In exciting news, the Federal Government just announced the HomeBuilder Grant is extended. You might qualify for a $15,000 HomeBuilder Grant if you sign a new build contract between 1 Jan 2021 and 31 March 2021.

This follows their earlier announcement that you now have six months from the date your contract is signed to commence construction. The six months time period for construction will apply to this $15,000 grant, so now you have more time to plan the building of your home.
