Construction fast tracked at Dawson Estate

Off the back of strong land sales in 2020, construction of another brand-new stage of Dawson Estate started in February. An extension of Stage 4B, the latest release was fast tracked to cater for the sustained demand for land in Vasse.

A Surge In Land Sales

Zara Newman, sales consultant from Hanson Property, said land sales at Vasse Estate increased by 245% year on year in 2020.

“The Federal and State Government building grants escalated an already improving market, which saw construction of two stages bought forward and released to market,” she said.

The latest stage of 57 lots was released in December and over 15% is already sold.

There’s still a variety of lots available from 375sqm. You can check out the latest land availability here.

Experience a new side of Vasse at The Siding

In a nod to the rich history of the area, 18 lots in our latest stage form part of an exclusive new park side precinct known as ‘The Siding’.

Defined by feature entry statements, the precinct also features:

  • widened road reserves,
  • threshold paving features, and
  • enhanced landscaping.

Existing mature trees will be retained along Yebble Drive as part of our commitment to sustainability.

Once part of Busselton to Flinders Bay rail siding, The Siding now places you close to shops, schools and businesses, plus a substantial future park.

On completion, the park will be home to these handy community facilities:

  • exercise stations
  • barbeques
  • sports hardcourts
  • play equipment
  • shaded seating
  • skate park
  • pump track and
  • enclosed dog exercise area.

The first lots in this new precinct are due for release soon, so be sure to register your interest with Hanson Property to be first in the know.
