There’s been a hive of activity over the last year with completion of the first stage of Vantage at Vasse.

A joint venture project developed by National Lifestyle Village and Serenitas, Vantage at Vasse offers a unique lifestyle option for those 50 and over.

Clubhouse & Community Centre

More homesites in Stage 1 of Vantage at Vasse will be constructed towards the end of 2019, and there are also plans for an amazing new community centre/ Clubhouse for residents and visitors.

Construction work on the Clubhouse facilities is also set to start late this year, located along the village’s street front to Napoleon Promenade.

The Clubhouse will become home to a cinema, hall, heated indoor pool, gym, bowling green and bar. The village will also have a creche for the younger visitors, perfect for visits from the grandkids.
