Vasse Village Continues Growth

This winter, we’ve welcomed a number of new businesses to the ever-growing Vasse Village:

  • Evolve Psychology Group
  • Little Peoples Place Early Learning Centre
  • Verve Living
  • Vasse Bakery.

Make sure you see what they have to offer next time you’re passing through.

New Construction

Construction of the new building next to the Magpie Café is also powering along. The roof is now on and the walls are starting to take shape. The highly anticipated Japanese restaurant, The Origin 153, is set to open later this year. So watch this space!

You might have also noticed trucks and loaders busy constructing new lots between Bussell Highway and Ganges Lane, at the back of Coles. The 5 lots created are known as the Large Format Retail area. Here Vasse will welcome larger tenancies for businesses like gyms, car wash, auto parts, homewares stores, swim schools etc.

Vasse Village Community Piano

After a successful launch in July, the Vasse Village community piano has been placed in the foyer of Coles for the remainder of winter.

The Piano has been lovingly restored by the Busselton Men’s Shed and artfully decorated by the students of Cape Naturaliste College. It’s there purely for our community to play and enjoy.

We’re now inviting all budding pianists and piano loving locals to come down and share their love of music! If you’d like to have a play, contact Chelsea Hardy via chelsea@vassevillage.com.au or 0420 655 537.

Immerse yourself in Vasse

Want to learn a little more about Vasse next time you shop?

Pick up a Walking Map from one of the friendly retailers. Take your time to stroll through and observe the colourful array of art installations throughout Vasse Village during your next visit.

While you’re there, you can also take a short walking tour of the history of Vasse. There’s a series of plaques along Napoleon Promenade and the Village arcade, depicting the origins of our modern village centre.

Vasse Village – your place to discover, your place to connect, your place to enjoy.
