Since 2016, the Vasse development has hosted an annual Community Open Day for our wonderful residents to come together, meet their neighbours, and enjoy an abundance of food, drink, and activities.
But our local community has grown and changed significantly since then. So, for 2024, we’re going back to the drawing board to develop an even bigger and better community events program in 2025 with the help of our new Community Development Officer, Michelle Baker.
This year, our usual Community Open Day will be replaced by the Vasse Lions Club Community Fair, followed by the beloved Carols by Candlelight.
Mark your calendars for Saturday, 14 December.
Fair: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Carols by Candlelight: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Enjoy a festive afternoon with kids’ activities, vibrant market stalls, delicious food, and the unique INSTRUCKTA TRUCKA! experience, followed by our local choirs and dance troupes. It’s the perfect way to kick off the holiday season with family and friends.
Pack a picnic and bring down your blankets and lawn chairs for an afternoon/evening of embracing the Vasse community spirit.
