Since the State & Federal Government announced the new HomeBuilder and Building Bonus grants, Vasse land in Dawson Estate has been flying out the door.

Record Sales for Stage 4A

Our Stage 4A release sold out in record time and titles for this newly completed stage are due to issue this September. We’re looking forward to seeing a hive of activity in this new stage as residents start building their new homes later this year.

New Vasse Display Village

Stage 4A will also be home to an exciting new 8 home Vasse Display Village due to open in 2021. The new Village will be home to your favourite project builders and some exciting new editions. Upcoming Land Release – Stage 4B

The release of Stage 4B was bought forward to cater for the increased demand for land. Construction of this new stage of 40 lots is due to start in September.
