Vasse Estate Site Update

What’s going on in Vasse? That has been the question on the community’s mind as the rumour mill grinds through a variety of theories… some more extreme than others! We are here to put that grind to a halt with some sought-after answers.

Vasse Tavern Site

A mystery loomed over Vasse Village regarding the disappearance of the ‘sold’ sticker that was once plastered across the tavern site signboard. But we can confirm is that the tavern site is most definitely still sold! In fact, the entire signboard has now been removed as the plans are fine-tuned, with construction expected to commence early 2024.

Vasse Village by Bunbury Farmer’s Market

Construction has now commenced for Vasse Village by Bunbury Farmers Market, marking a significant milestone in the Farmers Market team’s journey to redefine the fresh food shopping experience. This will be a must-visit destination for both food enthusiasts and those seeking the finest in locally produced ingredients.

As commented by the Farmers Market team, “We eagerly anticipate opening our doors in December 2024, bringing the essence of Bunbury Farmers Market to the charming Vasse community.”

Future Park

An exciting update for Vasse’s upcoming largest park in the estate, with earthworks now complete and ready for construction to commence! These works are anticipating completion in early 2024.
