Vasse Community Open Day 2021

It’s the biggest event on the Vasse Estate calendar – our annual Community Open Day. And this year, it’s going to be better than ever!

Entertainment

This year we’re excited to have live entertainment by local musician Brad McLeod. Brad is an acoustic one-man band and will be covering all of the classic tunes to pass the afternoon by.

Plus there will be Giant Jenga & Connect Four for some friendly competition. Don’t forget there’s sack races too!

All of the usual favourite attractions will also be there:

  • Rock climbing wall
  • Bungee trampolines
  • Vasse Volunteer Bushfire Brigade
  • Face painting
  • Giant bubble blowing
  • Pony rides
  • Bouncy castle

Food & Drinks

The Vasse Royals Football Club will be firing up the community BBQ and raising funds for their club. Be sure to grab a sausage sizzle and support this great local group.

Ice-creams, fresh juices and coffee will also be available throughout the afternoon. If you’re quick, you’ll be able to grab some freebies while they last!

Or why not pack your own picnic or nibbles and enjoy the sunshine and live music while meeting your neighbours.

Giveaways

The Vasse Estate team will be handing out prizes throughout the afternoon, including vouchers to our local retailers in Vasse Village.

When

12noon to 3pm on Sunday, 7 November 2021.

Where

The 2021 Vasse Community Open Day will be held in our leafy green Nature Playground, on the corner of Amberjack Avenue & Napoleon Promenade, Vasse. Street parking is available, and overflow parking will also be available opposite to Lynwood Street.

You can also enjoy the BBQ, shaded seating areas, climbing fort, swing, flying fox and water play and other attractions in our Nature Playground on the day.
