Our neighbours Vantage at Vasse celebrated the completion of their multi-million dollar Clubhouse on 15 May. Over 200 guests attended the opening, with Member for Vasse Libby Mettam and City of Busselton Mayor Grant Henley officially opening the facility.

Clubhouse Facilities

The Vantage at Vasse Clubhouse boasts state-of-the-art facilities across three wings. Available exclusively for residents and their guests, the new facility features:

• Heated indoor pool
• Cinema
• Lawn bowling green
• Club lounge with fireplace
• Gym
• Library
• Bars

Rob Nichols, Chief Executive of Developer’s Sereintas, said the Clubhouse provides premium facilities for residents.

“The opening of this world class Clubhouse is a key milestone, providing homeowners the opportunities to socialise and access premium recreational facilities. The Clubhouse will be the focal point for the community, enabling homeowners to live active, vibrant and engaged lives,” he said.

“We are very proud of the contribution this project has made to the local economy during this challenging last 12 months.”

The growing village has 28 homes currently on site, with another 7 arriving in the newly released Stage 2 this year.
