Method Of Sale

Both will be sold separately within an Expression of Interest Campaign that will run from Tuesday, 3 December to Friday 31 January 2025.

All prospective buyers who would like an opportunity to purchase either lot will need to contact Sam Hanson (details below) for an Expression of Interest form.

All submissions will be presented to the Seller after the closing date.

Hanson Property Group (as the selling agent) will then work with the successful Registrant and the Seller to create a non-binding Terms Sheet, which will grant the successful Registrant exclusivity to the site. Vasse Population Growth

Since its inception, the Vasse Estate population has grown faster than surrounding areas. The population within the estate grew by 30% between 2016 and 2021 and is forecast to have an average annualised growth rate of 5.5%. It is forecast that the tourism appeal of Busselton will continue to grow over the coming decade, with an estimated 32% increase in visitor nights to 2031.
