Stage 3C in Dawson Estate is progressing rapidly. Roads and feature limestone pillars are near completion along Crab Lane and Napoleon Promenade. This stage of 37 lots has proved popular since release, with 10 lots already under contract.

October Titles for Stage 3C

Stage 3C will also connect Napoleon Promenade through to Lynwood Street. This is the final length of Napoleon Promenade that creates a continuous link from the Vasse Village through Dawson Estate.

New landscaping for Wardandi Track

The construction and completion of Stage 3C also incorporates landscaping treatments to a section of the Wardandi Track, or Rails to Trails, which some lots in Stage 3B also overlook. This historic, 40m wide green belt will soon be landscaped with trees, plantings and mulch, all of which will surround a centralised path.

Once complete, the Wardandi Track will link Dawson Estate into the Business Park, Vasse Sporting Complex and Vasse Village. It forms part of the wider track that will ultimately connect Busselton to Augusta.
