New Stage & Coast Connection

Construction of the brand-new Stage 4A of Dawson Estate is set to start in early March 2020. The stage is home to 36 new residential lots, plus an exciting new Display Village.

With 6 lots already under contract, the stage provides a large range of traditional, narrow and squat lots from 225sqm to 611sqm.

The new stage is walking distance to parks and the Wadandi Track. It’s also opposite Cape Naturaliste College which has recently seen completion of a $32 million expansion program. This provides cutting edge facilities for students and staff.

With lots starting from just $125,000, if you’ve been dreaming about moving to a fast-growing town with shops and schools on your doorstep – now is your chance! View the latest stage plan and price list here.

Connecting the coast to Vasse

A new shared-use path will be constructed in financial year 20/21 to connect Vasse to the coast.

With the beach less than 1km from the most northern boundary of Vasse, enjoying the pristine shores of Geographe Bay will become even easier.

Running along the alignment of the Buayanyup Drain from the Wadandi Track, the path will directly connect Vasse to Abbey. It will provide safer access to the Business Park, Vasse Village and schools.

The City of Busselton will receive $320,000 in funding from the State Government to construct the path under the WA Bicycle Network Grant Scheme.
