Method Of Sale

Lot 140 (2) Warrior Court is 2,192m2 and will be sold within an Expression of Interest Campaign.

The Campaign will run from Friday, 24 May 2024 to 4pm (AWST) Friday, 5 July 2024.

All prospective buyers who would like an opportunity to purchase this lot will need to complete the Expression of Interest Form found at the bottom of the page.

All submissions will be presented to the Seller after the closing date.

Hanson Property Group (as the selling agent) will then work with the successful Registrant and the Seller to create a non-binding Terms Sheet, which will grant the successful Registrant exclusivity to the site. Following this, the successful Registrant will be expected to enter into a Contract of Sale.

Agreed Terms

The Registrant acknowledges that this EOI form is a non-binding Expression of Interest:

•Perron Developments Pty Ltd and Stawell Pty Ltd ("the Seller") is not contractually bound to sell the property to the Registrant upon receipt of the EOI form

•The Seller may consider, prefer, accept or reject any EOI form in the Seller's absolute discretion, including whether to consider, prefer, accept or reject the highest offered price.

•If the Seller accepts the EOI form, no binding agreement will exist between the Seller and the Registrant until a Contract of Sale is formally agreed between the parties and duly executed.
