After some delays with final planning approvals due to the unprecedented workload across the State at the moment, our huge new park is set to start construction in April! The park is so large that it will be built in two Phases, with Phase 1 starting next month.

The first Phase is expected to be complete in Spring this year, and will include:

• Mixed use hard courts including full court basketball / netball goal circle
• Skateable edge to hard courts
• Tennis half court with hit up wall
• Cricket pitch & wicket
• Hockey goals
• BBQ node & shelter
• Drink fountain
• Junior nature play & climb adventure including swings & balance logs
• Balance equipment
• Seating amenities
• Open green space

The second Phase of the highly anticipated park is due to commence in April 2023 and will be home to:

• Pump track & bike parking
• Bike/ scooter circuit
• Secured off-leash dog exercise area including drink fountain & agility elements
• Seating under natural shade of retained existing trees
• Additional green spaces
• Public toilet

New Release Coming Soon

Some of the lots in our upcoming release will overlook this beautiful, green open space.

With Stage 5A now 98% sold, we’re expecting a small stage of 32 lots known as Stage 5B1 to start construction soon. Titles are anticipated late this year.
