A perfect place to shop

A moment that all Vasse community members have been waiting for is here. Coles Vasse opened the doors to their impressive supermarket on 15 November 2017. Coles Vasse will be trading from 8am to 9pm seven days a week.

Over 100 jobs are required to service the 3,500sqm supermarket and liquor store. This makes the opening of Coles very significant for the Vasse community and local employment market. Many Vasse locals have already secured employment for the big opening.

More shops coming soon

And that’s not all! Two specialty retail buildings are now well under construction in Vasse Village. These tenants are anticipated to open in early 2018. Next door to Coles, 7 specialty stores are under construction. These will become home to a range of food and convenience options.

On the opposite side of Napoleon Promenade, a substantial two storey mixed retail building is also rapidly taking shape. The ground floor will feature a café, opening out onto a future arcade. This will provide a magnificent connection between the rear car park and the main street.

The café will be further complimented by a substantial newsagency and lotto outlet, and other specialty stores. This includes beauty and fashion offerings. The second storey offers an ideal, central location for office users.

A new entry

A new entry to Vasse Village from the Bypass will start construction in November this year. It is expected to open in February 2018. This new Village access will provide further convenience for residents and visitors. Together with the large parking areas, Vasse Village will be an easy place to shop.
