We’re excited to announce the release of the largest lots in Stage 5A at Dawson Estate. These highly anticipated lots are being sold off the plan, with titles anticipated in May 2022.

You can express your interest in one of the 7 lots by simply:

2. Completing the Expression of Interest form below in full
3. Uploading the relevant attachments.

How to Express Your Interest

Expressions of Interest can be submitted from Friday 24 September to midnight Sunday 10 October 2021. To express your interest you will need to:

1. Complete all of the fields in the Expression of Interest form below.
2. Attach proof of your capacity to pay (i.e. bank statement for cash buyers, pre-approval or Letter of Eligibility indicating Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) plus statement confirming deposit funds held for buyers seeking finance).
3. List your preferred lots in order of preference, including your offer price.

You must complete the form and upload your supporting evidence by midnight, Sunday 10 October. Failure to provide all relevant information will void your Expression of Interest.

We will be processing all Expressions of Interest on Monday 11 October 2021. We have a substantial database of registered buyers, so please bear with us while we process all submissions. We will be in touch as soon as possible to let you know if you have been successful or not.

If you are successful, you must sign and return your sales contract within 3 days of receipt to secure your lot. A $2,000 deposit will be payable within 14 days of your contract being formally accepted.

How Lots Will Be Allocated

Lots will be allocated to buyers at the seller’s discretion. Consideration will be given to:

• When you registered your interest
• Strength of your offer terms
