Vasse Art Award
The Vasse Art Award is a major biannual exhibition. In 2018, it will showcase more than 250 diverse artworks and photographs from across Australia.
This year, all artworks will be catalogued and available to purchase online.
Vasse Art Award Origins
Vasse Primary School Principal, Sinan Kerimofski, said the event began as a small fundraiser run by parent volunteers and had since grown to engage and inspire students, locals and visitors alike.
“The school community is very excited to host a nationally-recognised event that results in the school being able to invest more in programs and infrastructure,” Mr Kerimofski explained.
Since its inception in 2004, the Vasse Art Award has raised more than $100,000 for the Vasse Primary School. The Vasse Development Partners are proud to continue their sponsorship of this landmark event in 2018.
Exhibition Opening
The Vasse Art Award exhibition opens on Saturday 14 April and runs until Saturday 21 April. For more information, visit vasseartaward.org.au
