We’re so grateful to be able to come together as a community in 2020 and celebrate our annual Vasse Community Open Day.

Attractions

Our usual favourites will be joining us again this year:

• community BBQ
• pony rides
• face painting
• bouncy castle.

Plus we’ll also have

• a giant climbing wall
• bungee trampolines, and
• giant bubble blowing.

The Vasse Volunteer Fire Brigade will be there again with their ever popular fire truck. Kids love climbing on the fire trick, squirting the hose and extinguishing the fake house fire.

Food

Grab a hot dog and support your local club at our sausage sizzle.  All proceeds will go towards the Vasse Royals Football Club.

You can also treat yourself to coffee, ice-cream or juice. There’s a few freebies available if you get in quick!

Win Prizes

There’ll be some friendly competitions running throughout the day with good-old sack races and prizes to give away. Listen out to the PA throughout the afternoon for info on how to take part.

Where

The 2020 Vasse Community Open Day is held at our stunning Nature Playground, located on the corner of Amberjack Avenue and Napoleon Promenade, Vasse. It’s opposite our Display Village.

Our nature playground includes water play table, climbing forts, slide, swing, beautiful Peppermint Trees, shaded seating, BBQs and USB charging ports. There’s also a brand-new Flying Fox and half-court basketball court to enjoy!
