New Nature Playground Coming Soon!

We're very excited to confirm that Dawson Estate is getting its very own Nature Playground! Designed to occupy Vasse residents of any age and set to open in November 2017, the park will feature various play equipment including climbing obstacles, swing and a free play area.

The Nature Playground will also be home to various seating areas, barbeque amenities, walk and cycle paths and signature Vasse stonework, providing the perfect place to enjoy the great outdoors with your neighbours.

In keeping with the Vasse Development's numerous sustainability and recycling initiatives, a number of Marri Tree truncks have been recycled and will be repurposed for use in the Nature Playground. The trunks have been saved during the various subdivision works and will be featured in the exciting climing areas of the playground.

Coles Express is now open

Construction of Coles Express progressed quickly in the New Year, with the service station and convenience store now open to the Vasse community.

Following the completion of Coles Express, the construction team have now moved across to the Coles site to construct the 3,500m2 supermarket.

After an extensive earthworks program began late last year, the construction team have now commenced erecting the first tilt panels on the site - we can't wait to see the finished result later this year.

Vasse Bowling Club celebrates their new home

On Sunday 19 March, the Vasse Bowling Club celebrated the opening of their new green. Located alongside the Rails to Trails precinct, near the Vasse Village which is currently underconstruction, the green is surrounded by magnificent landscaping and of course the striking statue of Timothee Vasse that sits proudly at the entrance to the Village.

Hanson Property and the Vasse Development Partners are proud to continue their commitment to community events and amenities, having made substantial contributions in cash, approvals and forward works to see the integration of the Vasse Bowling Green within the Rails to Trails precinct.
